What is DEADCELL?
DEADCELL is a trading platform for Solana tokens, available as a web terminal and Telegram bot.
Is DEADCELL free?
Yes! DEADCELL is subscription free that being said though, we have a small 1% fee on all successful but and sell transactions.
Is DEADCELL safe?
DEADCELL uses industry-standard security practices:
Encrypted private key storage
No withdrawal without your action
Secure infrastructure
However, all crypto trading carries risk. Never trade with more than you can afford to lose.
What tokens can I trade?
Any SPL token on Solana mainnet, including:
Memecoins
DeFi tokens
Utility tokens
Pump.fun launches
Wallets
How many wallets can I have?
Telegram Bot: Up to 3 wallets
Web Terminal: 1 trading wallet + unlimited connected wallets
Can I import my existing wallet?
Yes! In the Telegram bot:
Go to Wallets
Click "Import Key"
Paste your private key
How do I export my private key?
Telegram:
Go to Wallets
Click "Export Key"
Key is sent via DM only
What happens if I delete a wallet?
Wallet is removed from DEADCELL
Your tokens remain accessible via private key
Always export key before deleting if you have funds
Trading
How do I buy a token?
Simplest way: Paste the contract address directly into the Telegram chat or web search bar.
Why did my transaction fail?
Common reasons:
Slippage too low - Increase to 15-20%
Insufficient SOL - Need balance for trade + fees
Token issue - Could be honeypot or high tax
What slippage should I use?
Normal tokens: 10%
Volatile tokens: 15-20%
New launches: 20-30%
What priority fee should I use?
Normal: 0.005 SOL
Busy network: 0.01 SOL
Sniping: 0.02-0.05 SOL
Why can't I sell my tokens?
Possible reasons:
Honeypot - Token designed to prevent selling
Slippage too low - Try 20-30%
Liquidity removed - Token may be rugged
Positions
Why isn't my position showing?
Wait 30-60 seconds after buying
Check if you're on the correct wallet
Dust amounts (< 1 token) are hidden
How is P&L calculated?
Why does my position show after I sold everything?
Very small dust amounts may remain. These are filtered out automatically.

Bot not responding?
Try

Bot might be updating (wait a few minutes)
Commands not working?
Make sure you're in a DM with the bot
Commands are case-sensitive
Try the main menu buttons instead
Can I use the bot in groups?
Some features work in groups, but for security:
Private key operations only work in DMs
Recommended to use in DM

Wallet won't connect?
Check wallet extension is installed
Refresh the page
Ensure wallet is set to Solana mainnet
Try disconnecting from wallet settings first
Trading wallet not working?
Make sure it's funded with SOL
Check Settings for wallet status
Try creating a new trading wallet
Fees
What fees does DEADCELL charge?
DEADCELL doesn't charge trading fees. You only pay:
Network fee: ~0.000005 SOL per transaction
Priority fee: Your chosen amount (default 0.005 SOL)
Why is my transaction fee high?
Priority fees are optional but help with:
Faster execution
Success during congestion
You can lower them in settings.
Security
Is my private key safe?
Keys are encrypted and stored securely
Never transmitted in plain text
You can export anytime
Someone asked for my private key
NEVER share your private key. DEADCELL staff will never ask for it.
I think my wallet is compromised
Immediately create a new wallet
Transfer remaining funds to it
Don't use the compromised wallet
PnL Cards
How do I generate a PnL card?
After selling, click the "📊 PnL Card" button to get a shareable link.
Why does my card show wrong numbers?
P&L is calculated based on your trade history. If you:
Traded on multiple platforms
Had tokens before tracking started
Numbers may not reflect all activity.
