Important Warnings

Private Key Security

  • Never share your private key with anyone

  • DEADCELL staff will never ask for your key

  • Only import in direct messages with the bot

  • Don't import in group chats

Multiple Access

When you import a wallet:

  • The original wallet app still works

  • Both have full access

  • Transactions from either affect the balance

Limits

  • Maximum 3 wallets in Telegram bot

  • Importing counts toward this limit

  • Delete a wallet first if at limit

Troubleshooting

"Invalid Private Key"

  • Check for extra spaces before/after

  • Ensure it's base58 format (not array format)

  • Key should be 44-88 characters

"Wallet Already Exists"

  • This address is already imported

  • Check your existing wallets

  • Each wallet can only be imported once

Balance Not Showing

  • Wait a few seconds for sync

  • Use /wallet to refresh

  • Network might be slow

Removing an Imported Wallet

If you want to remove an imported wallet:

  1. Send /wallet

  2. Click "🗑️ Delete"

  3. Select the wallet to delete

  4. Confirm deletion

Note: This only removes it from DEADCELL. Your tokens remain accessible via the original wallet or private key.

Best Practices

  1. Test first - Import, then try a small trade

  2. Verify address - Make sure it matches your original

  3. Keep key safe - Store a backup securely

  4. Consider creating new - Fresh wallets for trading can be safer
